Organisation

The Alexandra Institute is managed by a board of directors consisting of nine members, of which six represent companies and three represent research and educational institutions. The Institute is open to companies, organisations, associations, institutions and authorites with an interest in information and communication technology.

The Alexandra Institute is a limited company and the IT Association Alexandra owns the shares for fiscal purposes. Members of the IT Association Alexandra pay an annual fee to the Alexandra Institute in return for a number of services to the members of the Association.
