Project organisation

The Alexandra Institute sets a number of conditions and models for organisation of a project in order to secure that companies as well as researchers benefit specifically from a project.

In order to ensure that the projects provide innovative results of commercial and applicable relevance, most of the projects are organised in collaboration between researchers, the corporate sector and users:

• Researchers participate in order to ensure the latest knowledge.
• The corporate sector participates in order to ensure a commercial approach.
• The users participate in order to ensure that the results are applicable.

Furthermore, there are different models and conditions for funding and an agreement must be produced as regards rights and confidentiality. Conditions and models for projects are further described in a separate document.
